Responsibility:
- Responsible for the P&L together with Operations Director
- Set up and drive action plans to enhance overall Financial performance
- Control and analyze financials statements, explain major variances
- Coordinate execution with the Management Team
- Coordinate month-end closing activities
- Review and validate Financial Statements
- Manage reporting
- Capture and analyze variances to Plan
- Establish and communicate Key Performance Indicator
- Assist the Operations in the various projects (Productivity, Capital Investment etc..)
- Ensure cost control
Profile Requirements:
- Master degree in Finance
- Experience in Finance for 7 years at least
- Experience from Manufacturing Industry
- Advanced English language knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
- Analytical and communication skills
- Focus on results
