 For our important client from production segment are looking for suitable candidates for the bellow position.

Main tasks:
* Plan, support and coordinate HR hiring activity in Mýto plant for all position
* Contribute company results via having the right people in the right positions, to support the organization in meeting its business objectives thought efficient HR processes
* To ensure and support proper staffing and related agenda (hiring requests, job descriptions, recruitment & selection process, offers to candidates, employment contracts) in line with the labor law , UTC HR guidelines, standards, HR budget and approval process
* To support employee introduction and orientation process, announcements of organizational changes (new hires, promotions, leaves)
* To implement standard transfer process of employees from agencies to Carrier and manage related activities
* To manage employees termination process
* To manage temporary staff and communication with personnel agencies
* Hiring action plan in cooperation with HR manager
* To develop the relationship with Secondary schools and Universities with long term cooperation that will bring improvement in hiring process and general company PR

Daily tasks:
* HC FCST and reality (permanent worker x temporary workers)
* Daily call with personnel agencies
* Collection of CVs, preselection
* Planning of interview
* Interviews and Evaluation of candidates
* Paper work connected with hiring

Profile Requirements:
* Experience in HR area at least 5 years, preferably in international environment
* Experience with factory environment (advantage)
* Solid knowledge of Czech labor law
* Czech (preferably native speaker) and English language (advanced level) knowledge
* Project management, time management, communication and negotiation skills
* Open minded person applying common sense, fast learner
* Process improvement mindset
* Ability to work under pressure
 

Locality: near the  town Rokycany
