 For my client, an international company providing solution in online sport and game betting, I am looking for:

What you will do:

• Lead QA Team (8 people)
• Build a highly performing QA team from the scratch or align an existing team to become topnotch productive and effective
• Define and execute a new QA Strategy
• Develop the test plans for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to eliminate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder´s support for this plan.
• Arrange the Hardware and software requirements for the Test Setup.
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
• Keep track of the new requirements / changes in requirements of the Project.
• Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / Sr. Test Manager and Head of R&D.
• Lead the status meetings
• Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
• Build an Agile driven team in terms of values, and process, however being fully aware what Waterfall brings on the table at the same time and how it can coexist.

What you should have:

• Common-sence driven personality with mentoring and couching skills
• Bachelor degree preferred in areas such as computer science, mathematics and engineering
• Proven people management experience in QA – 1 year
• Experience in QA as an expert – 3 years
• English knowledge B2/C1 is a must
• Experience from both corporate and small/startup environments highly welcome & appreciated
• Experienced with software development process (understand release process), including SCRUM/KANBAN or other Agile methodology and also WATERFALL approach
• Familiar in detail with automated testing tools and approaches on different levels (unit testing, component testing, acceptance testing)
• Experience with a big scaled transformation project with external product supplier and internal R&D
• Continuous Integration experience in fast paced software development highly appreciated
• Scripting or any OOP language, SQL – hands-on experience very advantageous
• Both Frontend and Backend testing experience and integration is a plus
• JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo…Atlassian components experience is a must
