MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• New customer acquisitions – searching for potential new clients
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Managing relationships with current clients
• Responsibility for creating and implementing business and marketing strategy
• Budget preparation
• Market trends monitoring
• Analyzing and reporting data to management
• Cooperation on new product development
• Trade fairs participation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• University degree
• FMCG experience in sales/marketing for at least 5 years is essential
• Excellent English is a must, any other language is an advantage
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Experience in production company is an advantage
• Team player, but also ability to work individually
• Strong work ethic and communication/negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
