- Technical, organizational and personnel management of a team of shift leaders,
- Ensuring fulfillment of headcount, including training and planning of temps capacity,
- Monthly reporting on activities and relevant management information,
- Responsibility for plant processes improvement,
- Responsibility for collaborative relations and safe working environment,
- Responsibility for creating and maintaining fair, positive and cooperative working environment, encouraging and promoting "can do" attitude of the team members
- speak English well (level B2+, C1)
- have strong managerial skills and experience – leading at least 30 people directly and indirectly for a couple of years,
- have dynamic approach to solving tasks,
- be to work constructively under stress and pressure,
- be goals and targets oriented,
- be able to interact and communicate clearly both orally and in writing with others,
- be selfdriven and results oriented person with positive
- outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit, lead by example,
- have developed pc skills.

You have to
- follow the working time of your shift, work in a shift model night, afternoon, morning accordint to shift roster.
